On Food for Thought

There’ll be no vying for attention on social media, no strategically timed posts and ambiguous titles. This – appealing to the subconscious – is the trend set but another, more conscious, path will be beaten.

No microwavable TV dinner; purely organic, healthy food for thought. At your own pace, with hearty appetite and plate, approach the table and take. What doesn’t meet your preference doesn’t have to grace your plate but nutritional value ought to guide consumption, not palate.
